Well folks, it's official.  We've been here for a year now.

 

How exciting.

 

The bad news is, winter is coming. 

 

Kimmy and I have spent lots of time doing research, getting appraisals and feedback, but still have lots to do.

 

We've insulated most of our windows with that thick 2 inch pink foam insulation you get at Home Deopt.  Not too much light coming in the house now, but we've left some open, so we don't turn into vampires.

 

I've added some Halloween pictures.  It was fabulous.  We doubled the amount of visitors too and had a glow stick system for our actors so they knew who they could scare (green stick) and who they couldn't scare (red sticks).  Worked wonders!

 

It was also very nice to be back home in October.  Funny how for a culture that I dread, I sure did love being home.....it's the surrounding of family that makes the difference!
